As a first time homebuyer, I'm so glad that I found Kim and Amber! They understand what a daunting task purchasing a home is, and were willing to spend time explaining every step of the process to me. Their team is proactive in their buyer's approach, and either Kim or Amber would get back to me at any time of day if I had a question or needed anything. From the beginning, I felt like they had my best interest in mind. At one point, they encouraged me to listen to my gut when I wanted to put down an offer on a place that I knew wasn't right for me, even though it would have gotten me out of their hands a little sooner. Even after closing day, they've been helping me sort through issues I've run into when I moved into the house. I'd highly recommend this team!
